We are more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange after your purchase, as long as you return the item back to us within 14 days of delivery, and meet the following criteria:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a receipt or proof of purchase, and the reason why you decided to return the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When shipping an item back to us, we recommend you use a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. So that you can track if or when your returned item is received by us.
If your purchase is made through one of our dealers or shops, we will not be able to arrange return here. You have to contact the dealer for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We are not able to approve refund on any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, not in its original condition, or is damaged/ with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working weeks.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
